If you've recently had a change in info (such as an office address change), there are a few places where you will need to make these changes in the KW systems: KW Whitepages, eEdge, eAgentC, and KW.com email. Below is a checklist with screenshots, navigation paths, and links (where possible) to where you need to make these changes.
eAgentC Change Website to Display
Most new agents are using their eEdge website instead of the older eAgentC websites. The problem is, by default, your KW.com Agent Profile is set to link to your eAgentC site. When clients view your public Agent Profile the-] KW.com website, they are being directed to your eAgentC page (even if you've never set it up). To change the site that your KW agent profile links to, all you need to do is make a change in your eAgentC settings.
Among the many technology tools that Keller Williams agents receive is an eAgentC Microsite. It's a very basic, 4-page, lead-generating website; most of which isn't terribly useful. However, one these pages includes a form for leads to apply for pre-approval. When a lead submits this form, the form is emailed to you, the agent, to submit to a lender of your choice, AND that client becomes a new lead in your eEdge myContacts—this is another lead-capture feature of your KW technology tools.
While the eAgentC Microsite isn't very useful on its own, it can be utilized on your eEdge site by using your Custom Page as a link to this Pre-Approval form. Follow the instructions below to customize your Custom Page to capture leads via your eAgentC Pre-Approval page.
