  • Handles listing syndication issues (missing or incorrect listing info on KWLS, Trulia, and Zillow)
  • Reviews marketing compliance approval requests.
  • Performs one-on-one technology consultations with agents: domain names, technology purchases, database best practices, etc.
  • Provides outside services to agents (for additional fees) for technology not supported in the office or outside of group trainings: Website setup, personal computer setup/repair/troubleshooting, etc.
  • NOTE: DotLoop, DocuSign, real estate contract, and DA/commissions questions should be directed to the Assistant MCA. MLS issues and issues with MLS-provided technologies (such as ShowingTime) should be directed to OKCMAR MLS.
